Terms and Conditions

By creating an account, checking “I Accept”, or using the Platform, the user agrees to these Terms and Conditions (“T&C”) and the applicable Privacy Policy.

If the user does not agree, they must not register or use the Platform.

The user declares having legal capacity to contract. If acting on behalf of a company, the user declares being duly authorized.

“Platform”: the mobile application, web panel, services, databases, APIs, and related reports.

“User”: any person who registers or uses the Platform (architect/supervisor, collaborator, client/investor, supplier, as applicable).

“Advertiser”: a company that purchases advertising space within the Platform and/or reports.

“Contact Data”: first and last name, company/studio, email address, phone number, and equivalent contact details.

“Content”: information uploaded by the user (photos, videos, audio, transcriptions, texts, documents, drawings, checklists, statuses, comments, and reports).

The Platform enables documenting, registering, organizing, and reporting progress, observations, issues, and quality controls related to works, installations, and/or services.

The Platform may operate online/offline and synchronize data when connectivity is available.

The Platform is a technological tool and does not replace technical supervision, professional inspection, or legal/contractual obligations.

The user must provide accurate and up-to-date information.

The user is responsible for their account, credentials, and all activity carried out through it.

The Platform may implement verification and security mechanisms.

The Platform may suspend or limit accounts in case of misuse or breach of these T&C.

The Platform may offer free, basic, premium, or other versions.

Free/basic version: the user accepts in-app advertising and/or ads in PDF reports.

Paid version: generally ad-free unless expressly stated otherwise.

Sharing of Contact Data (free version): the user expressly agrees that Contact Data may be shared with verified advertisers for commercial purposes.

Sharing of Contact Data (paid version): the user also expressly agrees to such sharing.

Minimum shared data may include name, company, email, phone, and other contact details provided by the user.

Purpose: monetization through advertising and commercial connection between users and advertisers.

The Platform is not responsible for advertisers’ use of shared data.

Opt-out: if no opt-out mechanism exists, data sharing is a condition of use.

PDF reports may include advertising logos without contact details, unless otherwise configured in the future.

The user retains rights over uploaded Content and grants the Platform a non-exclusive, worldwide, sublicensable license to operate the service.

The user declares having sufficient rights to upload the Content.

The Platform may apply technical transformations to optimize storage and delivery.

The user is solely responsible for Content accuracy and usage.

The system administrator may access information necessary for operation, support, and security.

The administrator may view projects, metrics, and Content when required.

The administrator may manage advertising and data sharing under these T&C.

The administrator assumes no responsibility for technical or professional decisions made by users.

Offline capture and later synchronization may be enabled.

Synchronization depends on connectivity and device configuration.

The Platform does not guarantee the absence of data loss.

The Platform is provided “as is” and “as available”.

It does not guarantee work results or third-party performance.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, no liability for indirect damages or loss of profits.

The user shall indemnify the company against third-party claims.

The Platform is the exclusive property of:

No ownership rights are transferred to the user.

Reverse engineering, copying, resale, or unauthorized use is prohibited.

The Platform may update features, plans, and these T&C.

Access may be suspended or terminated in case of breach or legal requirements.

Account cancellation may result in loss of access to Content.

Data deletion is subject to legal and retention obligations.

These T&C are governed by the laws of Hong Kong.

Any dispute shall be submitted to arbitration in Hong Kong.

Arbitration shall be conducted in English.

Courts of Hong Kong shall have jurisdiction for enforcement or urgent matters.

Users may contact the Platform through official channels within the app or website.

I declare that I have read and accepted the Terms and Conditions. I understand and agree that my contact data may be shared with verified advertisers for commercial purposes, both in the free and paid versions.
